Agency tier · Done for you

An admin bot that handles the repetitive desk work.

Done for you. We run discovery and ship a working agency admin bot for your AgencyZoom agency, then it keeps working.

Agency tier: a $750 launch, then ongoing operation priced on the size of your book.

What it does

Digital employees for independent agencies on AgencyZoom

Agents come with the Agency tier, where we build and operate them for you.

Goal-based, not rule-based

Rule-based automation says “if this happens, do that.” Agents say “here is what I need accomplished — work out how.”

The judgment-shaped work

Deployed agents handle service ticket management and lead association intelligence: the work that a rules engine has to punt back to a human.

Discovery on your real desk work

A discovery workshop mapping your real desk work, so the bot is built around what your team actually does.

Built and deployed for you

A working V1 agency admin bot, built and deployed for you, plus everything in the Marketplace plan.

In production

What a live admin bot actually did

Real runs, not a demo script. Every write is staged for a licensed human.

  • 220+ live emails processed: 27 customer notes, 7 tasks, 8 human escalations, zero destructive actions
  • 200+ emails read in simulation, zero writes — trust is earned before write access is ever unlocked

How it works

From discovery to a working bot

  1. 1

    Discovery

We run a discovery workshop that maps your real desk work, and we will tell you when a workflow is not worth automating.

  2. 2

    Build, then simulate

We build a working V1 admin bot. Before go-live it runs in simulation on real email without writing anything, so trust comes before write access.

  3. 3

Go live, and it keeps working

Every write is staged for a licensed human. Bot operation is billed monthly and priced on the size of your book.

The call

What we'll cover on the call

  • The repetitive desk work your team does today, and which of it is worth handing off
  • How discovery, the V1 build and the simulation run work before anything goes live
  • What it costs: the $750 launch, and monthly operation priced on your book size
  • Whether the self-serve Marketplace plan already covers what you need

Questions, answered

What's the difference between the Architect and an AI agent?
The Architect is the strategy engine — it builds the SOPs and workflows, which is the plan. Agents are the labor force that executes the plan: reading email, updating the CRM, working renewals. The Architect is included in the Marketplace plan; agents come with the Agency tier.
Does any of this replace AgencyZoom?
No. AgencyZoom stays your system of record. EffiZoom is the layer that plans the work and then does it inside AgencyZoom.
How is it billed?
Agency-tier engagements start with the launch project, and bot operation is billed monthly.
