What is actually free?
Zoomy, our AI assistant for AgencyZoom agencies, plus the entire Educate library. No credit card, no trial clock. You upgrade when you want the Architect or the AgencyZoom Connector.
What's the difference between the Marketplace plan and the Agency tier?
Marketplace is self-serve: you get the Architect to build workflows and the AgencyZoom Connector so Claude can act inside AgencyZoom, for $39/mo. The Agency tier is done-for-you: we run a discovery process, build and deploy a working agency admin bot for a $750 launch fee, and then operate it from $300/mo.
What's the difference between the Architect and an AI agent?
The Architect is the strategy engine — it builds the SOPs and workflows, which is the plan. Agents are the labor force that executes the plan: reading email, updating the CRM, working renewals. The Architect is included in the Marketplace plan; agents come with the Agency tier.
How many people can use the AgencyZoom Connector?
Up to 5 connected users per agency on the Marketplace plan. Each person signs in with their own AgencyZoom login, so every note, task and status change is attributed to them rather than to a shared service account.
What are AI credits and what happens if I run out?
Credits cover workflow generations and enhancements — downloading anything from the community library is always free. The Marketplace plan includes 10 credits a month. Annual subscribers get all 12 months of credits released up front.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The Marketplace plan is month-to-month and you can cancel from your settings at any time. Agency-tier engagements start with the launch project, and bot operation is billed monthly.
