# EffiZoom

> AI that works inside AgencyZoom, held by your agency. For independent insurance agencies. Built by EffiWise Solutions.

EffiZoom connects Claude or ChatGPT to an agency's AgencyZoom so the team can ask questions about its own book and get work done in plain English. It also includes the Architect, a guided AgencyZoom automation builder, and Zoomy, a free AI assistant for AgencyZoom agencies.

## The AgencyZoom Connector

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AgencyZoom with 111+ tools across 14 domains, used from Claude or ChatGPT. It is a running server with authenticated per-user access, not prompt text. It:

- verifies every write by reading the record back, because AgencyZoom can report success on a write that did not land as asked;
- checks for duplicate leads, tasks and tickets before creating them, stopping to ask rather than guessing;
- attributes every action to the team member who asked, via their own AgencyZoom login;
- stages writes that touch coverage for a licensed human;
- understands that agent and CSR assignment lives on policy rows, not the customer record.

## The Architect

Most agencies know they should automate in AgencyZoom. Few know where to start. The Architect asks about your agency and reads your real pipelines and lead sources. Then it builds every stage in your voice and hands you files ready to import.

## Pricing

- **Free ($0):** Zoomy, the Educate library, and a few Architect credits. No Connector.
- **EffiZoom Pro ($39/mo or $374/yr):** the Architect and the AgencyZoom Connector, up to 5 connected users. 7-day trial. Card required. Cancel in one click from Settings. 30-day money-back on your first charge.
- **Quick Start ($149 one time, free with annual):** a live setup session where we build your first 3 automations with you. An add-on to EffiZoom Pro.
- **Agency (done for you):** discovery through a working digital employee, an admin bot for your agency. No published price; it starts with a fit call.

## Data custody

AgencyZoom stays the system of record. EffiZoom reads data to act on it and does not store client PII. Tokens are AES-256 encrypted at rest and in transit, authentication goes through Vertafore's official API pathway, and Claude is used under Anthropic's commercial terms, which exclude customer data from model training. EffiZoom is not SOC 2 certified; that is in progress and we do not claim otherwise.

## Origin

EffiZoom began as internal tooling for McWright Insurance Group, a Mississippi agency that refused to let automated messages sound generic. It opened to other agencies six months later.
